Membership Sponsorship Program

 

New members who are sponsored by an Executive Member of ICIWorld will qualify for a reduced membership fee.

 

The sponsor, an Executive Member of ICIWorld, will also qualify for a reduced renewal fee.

Membership renewals are $319 per year.

 

However if you as an Executive Member help get one other salesperson to join, your renewal will be reduced to $240.

 

For each new member that you sponsor you will receive a credit of three months onto your membership. ie: if you sponsored four new members you would receive a year free.

 

New members who are sponsored can join at $240 for the first year. The sponsoring member qualifies to renew at $240 for a year.

 

Non members of ICIWorld who are licensed real estate brokers and salespeople can also recommend other salespeople to join and receive credit towards an Executive Membership if and when they join. The new member gets a reduced membership fee. The non member will also get a reduced membership fee if and when they decide to join.

 

Requirement: An email from both parties to membership @ iciworld.net is required, in order for both to receive credit. Sample EMail to ICIWorld: I Sam Johnstone as an Executive Member of ICIWorld recommend John Smith to join ICIWorld. Sample EMail from John Smith to membership @ iciworld.net: Sam Johnstone recommended me to join ICIWorld. Please confirm you have me registered for a credit.

 

Sponsorhips do not apply to any special promotion that may be conducted.

 

Advanced payments of $240 per year are allowed for multiple years irrespective of sponsorships.

 

Limitations may be placed at any time in the future without notice at the sole discretion of ICIWorld.

 

This program may be cancelled at any time without notice at the sole discretion of ICIWorld.

 

This program is about enlisting the aid of all members to grow the service. This keeps the price down while increasing networking opportunities for everyone.

Plan to Increase Membership

 

ICIWorld aims to grow using the power of the members to increase membership.

 

This keeps the cost down by not having to pay for salespeople.

 

ICIWorld provides services that generates leads for members.

 

Our goal is to maintain and grow membership, readers and services while keeping the price down, all at the same time.

 

We can keep the price down with the following plan.

 

ICIWorld is designed to provide direct advertising to the world through one computer for all licensed real estate salespeople and brokers in the world.

 

It provides collection, display and distribution of Have and Want real estate information. This can be both exclusive and MLS. this generates leads for members.

 

It also provides links for members web sites that generate leads.

 

In order to offset increasing costs and grow without raising fees there are two ways.

 

We are determined to cut overhead in the area of wasted time, energy, man hours involved on renewing memberships, telephone calls, playing telphone tag, call centers, etc. This new program will cut down on all this and keep the price down.

 

We either increase the number of members or increase the annual membership fee.

 

If the service maintains its membership, the fee will have to be $319 per year renewal.

 

However if the membership increases by a member bringing in one new member a year or is responsible for one new member joining then the fee shall remain $240 for that year for that member rather than $319.

 

The new member will also qualify for a reduction of $79 making it $240 for the year to join. 

 

However all renewals are $319 per year unless it can be demonstrated that the member is bringing in a new member in which case the price for renewal shall be $240.

 

A simple email from the member to us and from the sponsored member to us with the name of the member is sufficient.

 

The credit for members option is effective now and extra credits can be carried forward.

 

Some members have asked if they bring in four new members what happens. This is under consideration now and your input is welcomed. Options are to build up yearly credits or receive a year with no charge for every 5 new members in total. Your comments appreciated.

 

New members who have a sponsor can join today for $240 if they have a sponsor, a member of ICIWorld.

 

If any member gets a new member to join, then this shall keep the renewal for that member at $240.

 

We have already had a response that what happens if a member gets four to join? Could they get a free year. The answer is Yes. There can be a credit of three months onto their membership for each one after the first one. All the new members will also qualify as a new category we call sponsored member.

 

The goal, unlimited advertising, networking and services for members to the world.  The more that join the lower the cost.

 

Any real estate salesperson in the world should call an existing member today, and ask them to sponsor them to get onto ICIWorld. You will be able to join for $240/year and you should tell the member on ICIWorld that the rate for their renewal will be 240 not $319.  If they sponsor you, their renewal rate will be $240 for that year. Both of you will save. This is a way to have all members actively involved to a certain extent to help grow the service and keep the price down rather than hiring salespeople specifically to grow the service and have to double the price of the service.

 

If a member gets someone to join they should get the new member to send an EMail to us that they are the sponsor so that proper credit on their renewal can be applied.

 

Members can start building credits for every new person they sponsor towards their renewal membership.

 

If a real estate association, real estate company or any large real estate group wishes to make a payment for all their members then they will have their own membership arrangements.
